Please don't worry! Do what you can, when it comes to completing your work!

Farewell to Year One!
Just a little farewell note from Miss Goddard and myself. We would to say a big thank you to Year One for being such a wonderful class! We are so very proud of you all, especially in how far you have come. We have genuinely enjoyed coming into school each day, looking forward to seeing all your beaming faces smiling back at us!
Each and every one of you has grown so much and has worked very hard in all areas of the curriculum. We have had so much fun teaching you and we hope, you have had fun too!
We would like to say thank you to the Year One parents also. You have been extremely supportive of your children and of our school this year.
We would like to wish Year One the very best! We hope you enjoy the summer holidays, as we know you have all been working extremely hard working from home over these past few months.
If any children would like to do any extra work, then they can practice their Year One words and do extra reading. However, it’s really important that children do have a rest!
We are looking forward to seeing all of you back in September, so please remember to stay safe over the summer holidays!
We know you will all do fabulous in Year Two and you will enjoy your new teacher Miss Khan!
Thank you once again Year One for being such a lovely class!
We will miss you!
From Miss Parnell and Miss Goddard x
BBC Online Learning Lessons
Please remember to ask a grown up before going on the internet!
Please click on the link https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize to access the BBC online learning for daily English and Maths lessons. There are some extra lessons for other subjects, such as Geography and Science that you may wish to access too!
Thank you for logging into Year One's Remote Learning section. This is an area where your child can have access to online learning. To the above right, you will find our daily timetable. Once you have clicked on the Daily Timetable text, it will take you to the set activities for the day.
A lot of websites have made their websites free so children and parents can access them and continue their learning whilst schools are closed.
Here is a list of websites you can visit:
Username: march20 Password: home
You will need a login to access into ttrockstars, which I have put in the inside cover of their reading book.
Your child has also been sent a pack to consolidate their learning they have already done in school in Maths, Reading and Writing. They also have a few reading books to practice their reading at home.
I am here to help. Contact with me can be made by either leaving a comment on the guest book at the bottom of the page or by emailing me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
